Hello and welcome, to a gentler way of being (and doing life).
I’m Georgia— a holistic doula of wellness, if you like— yoga teacher, health coach, reiki practitioner, blender of botanics, mentor and owner of Nest Studio (in the Byron Bay Hinterland). Also, ex busy-badge-wearer, recovering people pleaser, mother, writer, runner and lover of sunset skies.
Holding space for you to slow, (re)connect with your body, heart and being, and live more gently (in this busy world).

Slow down with me in the hinterland of Byron Bay
savasana & champagne: deep rest
A rest experience like no other. Blissful. Nourishing. Deeply restoring. It’s a day spa session for your soul.
Soften into the goodness of mindful movement, guided meditation, soothing breath-work, stillness, sound and aromatherapy healing. A social sip of bubbles (champagne or kombucha), as the sunset magic begins, wraps up the experience. Leaving you deeply nourished, lighter, rested and ready for the week ahead.

the afternoon unwind: weekly class
A precious pocket of pause in your day (and week)— sunset vibes, gentle feel-good movement and sweet stillness, reconnecting you to your breath, body and heart.
Feel your whole being exhale, as you gently unwind from your day, with this soothing class.

the sisterhood: monthly share circle
A monthly gathering for women who wish to connect on a deeper level, with like minded souls in a safe space— to sit in circle, sip some tea and share from the heart (if you feel called)— listening with ears of understanding and seeing with eyes of compassion.
Wednesday evening’s 7pm (monthly)
Tea and comfy props are provided. Come as you are.
