In a world that values productivity over rest, Being is both an invitation and permission slip— to pause — from the daily ‘doing’ and simply bask in the goodness of ‘being’.

If your nervous system is feeling frayed, jangled, jacked up or your body, heart and soul is in need of some tender loving care— this day is for you.

About Being.

Being — day retreat is devoted to you.
A day to enjoy going at a slower, gentler pace from the peaceful hinterland of Byron Bay, while basking in the energies of late Spring and early Summer.

It’s a day where you’re invited to pause, rest and receive, be nurtured and nourished and gently guided toward slowing, and taking tender care of the garden that is you.

A day where you have the time and space to truly be.
Where your whole body and being can breathe a little deeper and perhaps sigh in thanks, whispering ‘thank you, I’ve needed this, so very much”.

Being will gently soothe your soul and nurture and nourish you— physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically— in the most delightful and restful way. Leaving you feeling restored, renewed, calmer, clearer and more connected to you.

If you want/need/yearn to;

  • tend to your frayed, jangled or tired nervous system

  • take precious time-out for you— from all-the-things, the never ending to-do list, the ubering, making of meals, etc… the constant juggle of everything

  • lighten your mental load

  • enjoy a genuine sense of spaciousness and ease

  • rest, receive, restore and renew your being

  • feel calmer, lighter and more at ease in your body

  • be nurtured and cared for

  • (re)connect to yourself— breath, body, heart and soul

  • soothe and nourish your nervous system

  • take care of your wellbeing

  • invite gentleness into your life (and heart)

  • feel more grounded and centred

‘Being’ is the day you have been dreaming of and longing for.

A little glimpse into your day.

Bringing together some of my favourite things (and people) to nourish and nurture you, this day is truly divine.

Without giving too much away (because sweet surprises are always lovely to receive), there will be gentle practices in movement and stillness including deep rest, sensory delights including delicious food, tea ceremony, aromatherapy and sound healing, soothing self care, energy work, time in nature and lots of loving goodness for you to soak into.

How your day may unfold: (subject to change)

  • Mid morning start, allowing for a slow and unhurried morning

  • Welcome hugs and morning refreshments

  • Quiet time to be in stillness, self reflect or watch the clouds go by

  • Tea ceremony with the lovingly created High Frequency Tea blends

  • Morning movement into stillness (ie; soothing breath-work, tai chi, gentle yoga, yin and restorative yoga, meditation)

  • Linger over a delicious lunch, lovingly made with local seasonal produce

  • Connect with like minded women and have heartfelt conversations

  • Take a wander in nature or post lunch nap

  • Dance for delight

  • Enjoy a sweet and nurturing self care practice

  • Soften into stillness with a soothing sound healing

  • Wind up the day with a celebratory glass of bubbles (champagne or kombucha), charcuterie board and Loco Love treats

  • Farewell hugs and a take home ‘Being’ gift bag to keep the love, nourishment and nurturing flowing

Time: 10am for a 10:30am start, to 4:30pm

Location: Nest Studio, Brooklet, in the beautiful hinterland of Byron Bay (you’ll receive the address on booking)

Cost: $345

Please note: Spaces are limited to 10 women. Allowing for each person to have plenty of space to rest and move comfortably (the nervous system loves this) and less people, equals more connection - we are wired for this.
